David Garner the owner of the Garnaco Group of Companies, a small, privately-owned and purpose-driven group of corporate entities that invest primarily in the US housing market.
A former investment advisor turned full time investor, David has been involved in the acquisition and disposal of both non-performing and performing mortgages, been a private lender, and has acquired over 100 rental properties.
Today, David oversees acquisitions for Garanco’s Pathway to Homeownership Program, focussing on regenerating existing affordable housing stock in C-Class neighbourhoods, and making homeownership a reality for low to moderate income working families.
He also manages the Garanco Private Lending Program, a ‘done for you’ investment program for passive investors seeking access to reliable, passive monthly income, with around $5 Million USD in assets under management.
As a British national investing the US housing market, David is uniquely-positioned to speak to concept of team and network building as the cornerstone of success in any venture, especially business-building and investing from a distance, and regularly speaks on the subject of private lending and out of state real estate investing.
