Cashflow Rentals ("Cashflow Rentals", "we", "us", or "our") is a real estate investment consultancy that helps non-U.S. residents and foreign nationals buy and manage rental property in the United States remotely. This website is operated by CFR Property Consultants LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its address at 1057 NW 136th St, Miami, FL 33182.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, we are the "controller" (or under LGPD, the "controller / controlador") of the personal information described in this policy. Our main service providers currently include Hostinger (website hosting), QUIC.cloud (content delivery network), Resend (email delivery and automation), Calendly (call booking), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Meta (advertising). Each processes personal information only as needed to provide its service to us.

7. International data transfers

We operate internationally. Our company is registered in the United States, our team is based in Brazil, our services relate to property in the United States, and several of our service providers store or process data in the United States and other countries. This means your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the one you live in, which may have different data protection laws.

Where we transfer personal information out of the EU, UK, or Brazil, we take steps to ensure it remains protected, for example by relying on adequacy decisions where available, or by putting in place appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with the receiving party.
